Many people find that mental health and mental illness are not easy topics to talk about, even with family, friends and colleagues. Living with poor mental health is awful and it can feel as though you are not able to reach out for help and support. Now is the time to raise awareness and make changes to how we think about mental health. We need to address the culture we create in the workplace and provide the right support for people living with mental ill health.
