Enrolment information
What to expect on enrolment day...
- You will be sent an email with a timeslot for your enrolment. If you can’t attend please contact admissions on or 01554 748 000 admissions@colegsirgar.ac.uk
- Enrolment usually takes a few hours, please leave yourself enough time to get everything done.
- First you will meet with course tutors who will check your exam results.
- You will then be asked to pay your £25 enrolment fee. This can be done via cash or card. If you can’t pay on the day or want to do it online, you will be sent a link when you meet the registry team.
- If you got the required results, you will then meet with the registry team who will enrol you on your course, take your photo and print your college ID.
- Before you leave, you need to collect your lanyard and welcome bag which will have a link to your digital welcome booklet with all sorts of information to read before you start.

What to bring
Don't forget to bring:
- ID (e.g. Birth Certificate, Passport, Driver’s Licence, National Insurance Letter)
- Your exam results
- A way to pay your £25 enrolment fee
What if I don't get the exam results I need?
Don't panic - we're here to help
Come and talk to us as soon as possible, we’ll look at your results together and help find the best course for you. You may be able to start at a different level or resit key subjects. Whatever happens we’ll get you on the path to success.
