WorldSkills UK is an independent charity that works with government, industry, and education providers across the UK.
Its mission is to raise standards in apprenticeships and technical education by utilising national and international best practices through competition-based training.
The National Final is the culmination of the entire competition cycle and represents the UK’s largest vocational skills event.
Highest-scoring finalists are eligible for selection to Squad UK, where they undergo further training and may ultimately represent the UK at the biennial international WorldSkills and EuroSkills competitions.
The college would like to thank competitors and their supporters, employers and college staff who provide additional training and attendance at events for students undertaking competition work.
