Entry requirements
Monthly taught sessions with an individual tutorial/one-one session with every unit. Delivery of the course will be tailored to complete one unit of delivery per monthly session.
The qualification includes topics such as developing effective leadership skills, planning and Change Management, developing project management skills and managing the performance of others.
The individual will benefit from learning core skills for leadership, managing relationships, change management and motivation in the workplace. Learners will gain the confidence to tackle difficult issues.
- These qualifications will provide progression opportunities to other qualifications, supporting lifelong learning and career development. These include:
- ILM Level 4 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management.
- Level 5 Award in Principles of Leadership and Management
All units are assignment based.
The cost of the course is Band I ( £263)
