What you will learn
Two days per month, sessions are class based or hybrid.
Individual tutorial session with every unit.
Taught sessions with an individual tutorial/one-one session for every unit.

Core modules focus on the essential pillars of Stakeholder Engagement, Project Communications, and Foundational Principles, ensuring a solid methodology from the outset. You will gain expertise in developing robust Business Cases, defining Project Structures, and rigorous Progress Monitoring.
