Monthly taught sessions with an individual tutorial/one-one session with every unit. Delivery of the course will be tailored to complete one unit of delivery per monthly session and complete one assignment per unit.
These qualifications will provide progression opportunities to other qualifications, including:
- ILM Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management.
The qualification includes topics such as Developing yourself as a Team Leader, Improving Performance of the Work Team, Planning and Monitoring and Change Management. A whole range of options is available embracing customer service, problem solving, legal aspects, decision making and communication practices.
The individual will benefit from learning core skills to communication and stakeholder management, Data driven decision making, Supporting team performance and Health and Safety. Employers will see their staff develop their potential and become competent in managing people and relationships.
Three mandatory units cover the core skills you need to lead a team. You’ll learn how to plan, allocate, and monitor work; tools and techniques to develop yourself as a leader; and how to get the most from your team.
Written assignment linked to each unit.
